We planted pumpkins in our front yard this year. They loved being in the dirt with the rose bushes, and we also had authentic fall decorations!! Today, Travis and Dominic cut them to store in the garage. We had a good time taking a few snapshots in our personal "pumpkin patch" and ended up with 17 orange pumpkins and one white one (special pumpkin seeds). It was fun to watch them grow, but now that October is here, I guess we have to officially greet fall weather and start enjoying cool crisp mornings and evenings.

Wow, those are beautiful pumpkins! really! I'm jealous - I wish we had soft dirt to dig in like you all do, then maybe we would've gotten a better garden started. Next year!
