(Is THAT where the squirrel stores his nuts???)
Travis and I took the boys to the Oregon Zoo on their $2 Tuesday special. (Paying folks get in for $2 a head). Elliott enjoyed being out in the fresh air, and Dominic LOVED checking out the animals again. We got to see the new baby elephant, Sam, who was recently born. I had to shove my camera between the heads of a few adults who were hogging the rail, (I know, my BAD manners), but I got a good shot of Sam.
The giraffe was out eating his lunch, and the gazelles were up on their hind legs eating the trees.
Before we left, we "had" to ride the train. Here is a picture of Elliott's first train ride, and of course, Travis and Dominic, too!!
