Where did Summer go?

 It seems that summer just flew by so fast!!  We were able to make two trips to the coast, a few trips to visit Aunt Joannie and Uncle Francis along with our Delaney friends, and numerous other activities that filled our time with happiness and fun.  Our weather barely made it to 90 on one or two days in September, and we never set up our "big" swimming pool because it never seemed warm enough.  We took a lot of walks, and played outside every day.  Here are a few photos from the last month or so.  (with hopefully more to come!)

 Walking on the beach... the boys had seaweed tails they were pulling.  After a while, they had them tied around their waists so they could really have "tails".  They even "meowed" to make it more authentic.

 Outside the condo where we stayed.  The 2nd time we were there, we had a ground floor room.  It was nice to be able to go outside and play on the grass without any planning, but it felt a bit as though we were in a fish bowl since a lot of people walked by on their way to the stairs.  We couldn't pass up the 1 bedroom, full kitchen with a dishwasher and big living room accommodations.  One of our favorite places to stay!

 Cody was at the beach with Grandma Kay and Grandma Stelter the 2nd time we went.  He got to dig in the sand with our boys...  so much fun!

 Travis is hiding his hand in the sand.  It panicked Elliott to see the sand moving as he was digging and he jumped out of the hole he was in as fast as he could.  I had to show him it was only Daddy's hand and not some other living thing.  Silly Daddy!!

No s'mores for Samuel... at least this year.  But you know he's watching his brothers and waiting.

Preschool graduation

Here's a blog I started and never finished!!  Preschool Graduation!  We held graduation for Little Sprouts Preschool the first Wednesday in June.  It was a cold-ish day, but the parents and kids braved the low temperatures to come out to Lewisville Park and watch our very short ceremony.  The boys sang two songs they learned in Misty's music class, and I gave them each a diploma and small goodie bag.  It was so fun to have 7 (including our Elliott) boys at our home all year to teach and enjoy and play with.  They are all smart, funny, and great little guys.  I can't wait to see who they're going to become as they get older.
